How to book
Three simple steps
Check the calendar
Bookings are available Monday through Saturday. Private events may not conflict with Sunday and Wednesday services.
Contact the booking coordinator
Reach Satinder Singh at ec@richmondsikhgurdwara.org or 804-690-8766 to reserve your date on the event calendar.
Confirm with payment
Payment at the time of booking secures your reservation. For questions about service charges, contact Jassie Dhaliwal at jassie153@verizon.net.
Good to know
Policies
- Religious services — all Granthi duties, including Ardaas and the reading of Hukumnama, are performed by Bhai Harjinder Singh Ji and Jatha.
- Offerings — donations made before Sri Guru Granth Sahib go to the Gurdwara; gratuities for the musicians go to the performers.
- Off-site events — families arrange transportation for the Jatha.
- Kitchen — available for Gurdwara-related events only.
- Funerals — funeral services are always free of charge.
- Flexibility — charges below are guidelines and may be adjusted to circumstances.
